We are currently recruiting for an HR Information Systems Administrator. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Access XD system, with a primary focus on the Talent and Recruitment modules. Acting as the first line of support, this position is responsible for resolving day-to-day issues, supporting users, and maintaining system efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with departments across the organisation to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
In addition to system support, the role includes maintenance of the company’s Careers website and providing backup support for the corporate travel facilities system. The Support Assistant will also actively contribute to the development, implementation, and rollout of new system features and processes, ensuring continual improvement and alignment with business needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience using HR Systems such as the XD (CoreHR) system, with a basic understanding of web technologies to support the Careers website. They will be confident in troubleshooting, report writing, and working with confidential information. Strong Excel skills, experience in an office environment, and involvement in project teams are essential.
