We are looking for highly skilled Senior Co-Ordinator to join our Vetting and Child Safeguarding Department at Bus Éireann, Ireland's leading public transport provider. The role is based in Broadstone, reporting to the Vetting Manager and the Child Safeguarding Officer. The Senior Co-Ordinator will be a key member of the team, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of vetting systems and processes.

The role provides administrative support to ensure the effective and compliant management of vetting and child safeguarding processes, in line with relevant legislation, organisational policies and procedures, and the mandatory requirements of An Garda Síochána National Vetting Bureau.

We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and who brings strong administrative experience with excellent written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and remain calm and efficient in a pressurised environment with competing priorities.

Appointment to this role is subject to successful vetting clearance and approval for access to the National Vetting Bureau vetting portal by An Garda Síochána.
