As a member of Bus Éireann’s PSO Contracts team, the Administrator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the PSO Network Manager and the wider Contracts Team. The individual will contribute to the preparation of key documentation, reports, and timetable changes for submission to the National Transport Authority, while also maintaining accurate contract-related records and systems.
This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners, supporting the smooth delivery of PSO contractual activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English, along with excellent communication skills. They will be confident working with and learning new IT systems and tools. Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment are essential.
