This role is essential in maintaining and updating fare and route information across multiple sales and information systems. Reporting to the Fares Manager, this is a key support role in a collaborative team environment. Requirements:
Essential:
Strong numeracy and data input skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with company products and services
Desirable:
Knowledge of TGX ETM systems, SAP, Business Warehouse
Experience working with fares systems or timetables
Good geographical knowledge
Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
