We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capex Property Accountant to join our team. The Role will report to the Investment & Reporting Controller, to collaborate on managing capital projects, budgeting, forecasting, cost & financial reporting, and compliance, including stakeholder engagement and ensuring that current and planned investments are fully funded from both capex and operational perspectives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Bus Eireann’ Finance team, to be part of investment development in supporting the business in its overall Strategy towards Horizon 2028, our vision for Green Growth.

The role involves supporting the Procurement and General Ledger function in Asset Management, ensuring Capex policies are updated and aligned with company and legislative changes. It also includes reviewing procedures for streamlining and automating processes to improve efficiency and timely information delivery.
