As a member of Bus Éireann’s Travel Information team, the Administrator will support the Travel Information Team Leader in delivering high-quality services related to bus stop infrastructure, customer information, and ongoing maintenance works. This role involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth execution of travel information projects across the network.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, liaising with internal departments and contributing to the continuous improvement of public transport information services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English, along with excellent communication skills. They will be confident working with and learning new IT systems and tools, and preferably have experience in data analysis, manipulation, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment are essential.
