Purpose: The purpose of the NG AVL project is to renew and replace existing AVL assets with a single centrally managed system that can lead to cost savings whilst facilitating improvements in quality of output, coverage of the system and new functionalities that are not possible with the current systems.

The Operations Implementation Manager will lead Bus Eireann service delivery teams through the Change Management requirements for implementation of National Transport Authority’s (NTA’s) Next Generation-Automatic Vehicle Location (NG-AVL) system. Raise awareness of project goals and scope, coordinate change management discussions and preparation, assist with testing and acceptance requirements, manage operational migration to NG AVL including system familiarisation, installation of equipment to vehicles and premises.
