Bus Éireann is looking for a passionate and skilled Apprenticeship Programme Assessor to play a key role in supporting the management and delivery of our nationwide apprenticeship programme. In this dynamic role, you will assess apprentices’ progress across all our garages, ensuring alignment with SOLAS regulations, and contribute to the recruitment and promotion of the programme through various events. You will also facilitate workshops to engage current employees and future apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and development within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified craftworker with the technical expertise and interpersonal skills to assess apprentices effectively, assist with recruitment, and promote the apprenticeship programme externally. This role will be at Specialist Level within Bus Éireann and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the development of future talent at Bus Éireann, contributing to the long-term success of the company.
