Bus Éireann, Ireland’s leading public transport provider, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Coordinator to become a key member of our HR team.
 
This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the HR function by providing high-quality administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery across the Eastern Region. The position will involve coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting HR initiatives and projects, and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.
 
Reporting directly to the East HR Manager, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, the successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong administration, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 
The candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
