Bus Éireann is looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator to join its Customer Care team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of a high-quality customer service experience by providing efficient administrative assistance, managing customer correspondence, and supporting the resolution of customer queries and complaints in line with company policies and service standards.
The purpose of this role is to provide level of customer support that positively influences our customers’ and stakeholders’ perception of Bus Éireann
This position requires a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach, working closely with internal departments to ensure timely and effective responses while upholding Bus Éireann’s standards, values, and regulatory obligations.

This position sits in the Customer Care team reporting to the Manager & Team Leader, Customer Care. This role is Monday to Friday, working 36 hours per week.
