Purpose: To carry out the driver training function within the Northwest Region to reflect the legal requirements and qualifications required to carry out the role under EU Directives, Regulations and S.I.s in line with requirements of the State, RSA and State Agencies. 

Candidates must meet the following requirements: 

Management CPC and ADI qualifications associated with Category D licence 

Health and safety qualification 

Knowledge and understand of driving hour regulations 

Knowledge and understanding of Company fleet 

Motivational skills 

Organisational skills 

Leadership skills 

Good observation for fault finding and rectification 

Practical demonstration skills 

Administrative skills
