Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Manager, Culture, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement is a strategic leader responsible for shaping a cohesive, connected and high-performance employee experience. The role partners closely with the Executive Team, HR, People Leaders and employees across the organisation to strengthen engagement, build an inclusive culture and ensure internal communications act as a key enabler of organisational success.

 

This role is pivotal in translating employee insights into actionable strategies that reinforce organisational values, drive alignment with business goals and foster a workplace where people feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed. The Senior Manager provides thought leadership on culture and engagement, guides leaders in understanding employee sentiment and ensures communication is clear, timely and impactful, particularly through periods of change or crisis.
