The Senior Manager of Schedule Planning & Efficiency will play a pivotal role in strategically leading, managing, and developing Bus Éireann’s operational Scheduling team. This role is responsible for the creation of legally compliant and highly efficient operating plans that ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

By leveraging effective continuous improvement practices and robust quality control systems, the Senior Manager will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of Bus Éireann’s services. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this role will drive the development of scheduling processes that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall service delivery.
