The Senior Coordinator Business Support plays a vital role in delivering proactive and high-impact support to the Operations Teams, both at the central and regional levels. This position ensures the seamless management of complex and competing priorities within a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the role demands exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Key working relationships include close collaboration with the Planning & Performance teams, Customer Team, Regional Operational management teams, and various external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
