We are pleased to offer a six-month secondment for the role of Senior Administrator within our Central HR team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain valuable insight into HR processes while contributing to the team's success.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
- Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably within a HR, operations or business environment.
- A genuine interest in HR with a commitment to professional development and a desire to develop a career in this area.
- Demonstrable organisational skills, coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and understanding of HR processes and procedures would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
- Experience of Core system desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- This role is based in Broadstone with a minimum of 3 designated days in office per week.
