We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join our progressive Human Resources Team in Bus Éireann.    The professional team comprises of people from many different employment backgrounds.  Led by our Chief People Officer, Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent and Diversity this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your experience further.


As part of the role, you will lead the development and delivery of the Bus Éireann recruitment strategy, retention strategy, policy, and procedures in line with the workforce and talent needs of the organisation.  You will manage the candidate experience, attracting and hiring quality professional resources in a competitive market.  Engagement with managers in the business on their requirements will be a key feature along with building strong internal working relationships.  Working with our Marketing and External Communications team to drive our branding and ensuring Bus Éireann is positioned as an employer of choice with strong emphasis on our digital presence in the market.


Essential Skills and Knowledge


*         Proven track record of 5 Years in in-house or agency recruitment, 2 at a manager level

*         Experience of managing both high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition for specialist roles using recruitment technology.

*         Experience in job analysis and competency design.

*         Some knowledge of employer branding and the employer value proposition.

*         A passion for learning with a continuous improvement ethos
