About the Role This fully office-based position runs weekdays between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You’ll monitor bus punctuality using our AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) systems and keep customers informed with real-time updates via social media and email. Your role will be crucial in delivering a seamless travel experience by providing accurate service updates, managing wheelchair bookings, assisting with lost property queries, and processing data for performance reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor bus routes and service updates, ensuring customers have the latest information.
- Respond promptly to customer queries on social media and other channels.
- Communicate with drivers to address real-time customer support needs.
- Log data, assist with incident reports, and contribute to performance reports.
