The Property Procurement Manager is a key member of the Procurement team, reporting to Head of Procurement and Materials.

A Procurement Manager for Bus Eireann must have the fundamental values of integrity, honesty, civility and ethical principles at work. They must have experience in the various tendering procedures, such as Frameworks, Qualification systems, Dynamic Purchasing Systems, Competitive Dialogue and the Negotiated procedure. All procurement processes and decisions must in all respects be non-discriminatory, fair, equitable and ensure Value for Money.

The person will be responsible for the management of successful tendering and contract management of Property & Infrastructure Projects for the whole company.
