Bus Éireann, Ireland’s leading public transport provider, is looking for a motivated and strategic-thinking Operations Scheduler to become a key member of our team. Reporting to the Operations Planning Manager, this role will collaborate closely with fellow Schedulers, AVL Service Control Centre Managers, and Service Delivery Managers to ensure effective coordination and planning.

As an Operations Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing efficient, compliant, and effective operating plans for PSC bus services. You will work closely with the Scheduling team and AVL Service Control Centre Managers to ensure seamless execution of these plans. A key aspect of the role will be ensuring that all plans align with regulatory compliance standards and are optimised for resource allocation. You will also focus on creating robust timetable plans that meet operational requirements and enable the company to achieve its service reliability KPI targets.
