The Learning & Development Specialist supports the delivery of Bus Éireann’s Horizon 2028 Strategy and People Strategy through the coordination, development and implementation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
The role involves working closely with the People & Culture team and external providers to identify learning needs and support the delivery of practical, accessible learning solutions that meet organisational and operational requirements.
The Learning & Development Specialist contributes to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of learning and development frameworks, tools and resources, including the coordination and delivery of induction, onboarding and development programmes.
The role will support the effective use of digital learning platforms to enable flexible access to learning for a geographically dispersed workforce, assist with the evaluation of learning initiatives, and support reporting on participation and outcomes in line with organisational governance, compliance and policy requirements.
