This IT Operations Support Specialist role at Bus Éireann presents an exciting opportunity for an IT professional eager to make a meaningful impact on a national scale. 

The role has a key focus area in supporting transport ticketing technology and change with respect to providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transport ticketing systems, including hardware and software components. The role ensures smooth operation of ticketing devices software, back-office systems and hardware to facilitate efficient passenger ticketing services and to help maximize system uptime. 

The position will be Full Time working within the IT Operations Team and will require travel around Ireland to other Bus Eireann locations from time to time.
