We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Vetting and Child Safeguarding Office. This administrative role requires an individual who can manage highly confidential information within a secure environment. The successful candidate will be required to process and validate applicant documentation with internal and external parties to ensure the required policies and procedures are satisfied and met.
The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and diligently as the role requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills including the ability to perform under pressure.
The role is a permanent full time, Monday to Friday role.
The Salary is €29,000-€38,000 (6 year scale) per annum.
It is a condition of the role that the successful candidate must be sanctioned and approved for access to the National Vetting Bureau System by An Garda Síochána National Vetting Bureau.
