As a Service Supervisor, you will play a central, hands-on role in supporting the smooth, efficient and customer-focused operation of Bus Éireann services at Busaras Bus Station. This is a position for someone who thrives in a dynamic public-facing environment and takes pride in ensuring high standards of safety, punctuality and professionalism across all services.

You will oversee day-to-day bus operations, ensure the effective coordination of staff and contracted operators, and act as a key decision-maker during both routine activities and unexpected incidents. The role offers a unique blend of operational oversight, people leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders such as the NTA, Gardaí and Local Authorities.

Working as part of the Dublin Supervisory Team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of services within the region, identifying improvements, supporting service delivery plans, and helping maintain the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.
