The Technology Procurement Manager is a key member of the Procurement team, reporting to Head of Procurement and Materials. This person must have a minimum level 6 qualification in Public Procurement with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Public Procurement. Experience in tendering in the utilities sector, under EU directive, 2014/25/EU, specifically Technology projects. The person will be responsible for the management of successful tendering and contract management of Technology Projects for the whole company.
They must have the fundamental values of integrity, honesty, civility and ethical principles at work. They must have experience in the various tendering procedures, such as Frameworks, Qualification systems, Dynamic Purchasing Systems, Competitive Dialogue and the Negotiated procedure. All procurement processes and decisions must in all respects be non-discriminatory, fair, equitable and ensure Value for Money.
