About the Role As a School Transport Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of services, supervising all school bus drivers and contractors in your area. You’ll work closely with the local School Transport Office Manager, School Transport Staff, Regional School Transport Manager, school bus drivers and contractors to ensure safety, punctuality, and compliance with regulations while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise school bus and contractor services in your area, addressing incidents and ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Compile relevant reports as requested.
• Management of Bus Eireann School Bus Fleet to ensure delivery of service.
• Implementation of Bus Eireann Health & Safety Policy.

What You Bring

• Supervisory experience, with strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Knowledge and understand of school transport scheme and knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures.
• Category D Licence essential.
• Resilience, commitment, and excellent communication skills.
