We have a great opportunity for a Regional HR Delivery Manager (East) to join our progressive Human Resources Team in Bus Éireann reporting to the Head of Employee Relations. The professional team comprises of people from many different employment backgrounds. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your experience further.
As part of this role you will manage the HR function in the Eastern Region, by contributing to and maintaining high standards of people management which involves providing advice, information and support to management on all aspects of HR management. This role will also require the implementation of a robust annual people plan for the region to cover all HR activities agreed for delivery and the development of a strong partnership with Regional and Local Management to align HR Services with business needs.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
* HR Qualification (degree level minimum)
* Strong knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
* At least 3 years HR experience in an HR or related discipline at management / supervisory level.
* HR systems experience.
* Competent with MS Office.
