To manage the HR function in the Western Region, by contributing to and maintaining high standards of people management which involves providing advice, information and support to management on all aspects of HR management. Role will also require the implementation of a robust annual people plan for the region to cover all HR activities agreed for delivery and the development of a strong partnership with Regional and Local Management to align HR Services with business needs.
