The Travel Information Team Lead is responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing development of Bus Éireann’s travel information and infrastructure programme in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements agreed with the National Transport Authority (NTA).

The role ensures that accurate, timely and customer-focused bus stop information and related infrastructure are maintained and continuously improved across the national network. This position plays a key leadership role within the Travel Information function, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff performance, contractor coordination and compliance with safety, financial and governance standards.

The role also ensures effective planning and delivery of the Annual Work Programme, while supporting continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency.

This is a 12-month Maternity / Secondment contract and open to Internal Candidates of the CIE Network only and based in Bus Éireann’s Head office in Broadstone, Dublin.
