What is Step Up?
Step Up is a practical, hands-on development journey designed to prepare you for your first people management role.
Through the programme, you will:
Build your leadership capability across:
Leading Self
Leading People
Leading Work
Leading the Organisation
Gain the confidence to lead in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strengthen your ability to support teams, deliver results and drive performance
Develop the skills to help Bus Éireann continue to deliver for our customers and communities
What to Expect
- 4 modules (First module 2 days, remaining modules 1 day each)
- Delivered Centrally as a pilot with opportunities in the future to deliver locally across Galway, Cork and Dublin
- Interactive, practical learning you can apply immediately
- Real-life scenarios reflecting the challenges of our business
This isn’t just classroom learning, it’s about learning by doing.
