The Senior Support Engineer will have the responsibility for implementing and supporting key business applications with associated hardware and software systems within the company. The position will be Full Time working within the IT Operations Team.
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated 10+ year’s experience in the Design, Delivery & Operational Support of Enterprise Projects & Applications
- Experience using any Major Cloud Vendor for Delivery & Support
- In depth knowledge and demonstrated experience on a range of Technologies including Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Compute, Database, Web Components & Security Standards
- Ability to analyse & solve Technical problems
- Driving Innovation and Process Improvements across the IT Estate
- Solution Design for Operational Support
