Operations Support Role with duties including ETM, AVL troubleshooting etc. including supporting other future On Board Bus equipment and potentially participating in various initiatives. The role may require someone (and in time multiple people) across various BE sites responsible for ensuring every bus leaves the depots with a working ticket machine, and providing logistics support to work with AVL teams, vendors, couriers, and local operations teams etc. to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of on-board technology on Bus Éireann’s fleet of vehicles focusing on NGAVL, TGX, NG Ticketing and assisting with CCTV, Telematics, WIFI and any other on board technology.
