Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer complaints utilising the complaints management system, Salesforce.
- Recording of accident report forms, system input.
- Maintain Ticket Vending Machines, (TVM) in Limerick/Ennis/Shannon.
- Customer Service – travel information.
- Assist with general admin and driver queries.
- Assist with uniform issue and related queries.
- Assist Procurement within the local office.
- Maintain E Records system.
- Provide relief to cash office.
- Assist as required with any other duties as may be required by Chief Clerk
Please note this is a 3 month contract.
