As Garage Supervisor Acting Panel, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective running of a busy maintenance operation. You will lead and support a team of Craftworkers, Apprentices and Engineering Operatives, contributing to fleet performance, reliability and customer service.

The role provides broad exposure across technical, operational, people-management, safety, and compliance responsibilities, making it an ideal step for those looking to build a long-term career in engineering management.

You will work closely with senior engineering leaders and existing supervisors and collaborate across multiple departments, gaining valuable experience in fleet maintenance planning, project delivery, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager or Senior Manager Engineering, East, as part of the wider Maintenance team.
